One of my favorite hobbies is cooking, especially for other people. I enjoy making art, whether it is drawing, painting, or calligraphy.
I like to think that I am a very welcoming person with an outgoing and bubbly personality.

Kathleena gave me one of the warmest welcomes I've ever had anywhere period. I instantly felt at ease and that my presence in her home was greatly appreciated. She's an amazing host who truly takes great joy in making sure that you're satisfied with your stay. She's also an amazing cook (my personal favorite was her chicken stew) and will cook whatever you want with respect to your diet or any food allergies you may have. I also enjoyed having my own full bathroom attached to my room and plenty of privacy during my stay. Also, she took all of the photos herself and they're a true representation of her place as it actually is (unlike most air bnb places that have a professional photographer make them look way nicer than they actually are). It's ideally located in inner Portland outside of the hecticness of downtown and is within a couple minutes walk to the MAX light rail which will take you right there into the heart of the city, as well as two bus lines which do the same. The #4 goes along Division which I've been told is a new hot spot closer to the inner east side, I have yet to go but it's next on my list of things to check out! All in all, this is a great airbnb location and I'd definitely recommend it.
I was instantly welcomed in Kathleena's home. I had only a short stay, but she took great care of me. It was better than visiting my own family. She was so lovely and you have your own private space. Thank you again for a lovely time. I enjoyed the whole stay.
Kathleena was a lovely host. She is very warm & gracious and she made us feel very welcome in her home. : )
My 21 month old daughter and I had the pleasure of staying with Kathleena while we were visiting friends in Portland. Her place was very clean and welcoming, and she was an excellent hostess! Her breakfasts were very good, and we got the chance to try some new foods:) She makes amazing homemade dressings/sauces! She prepared breakfast for us each morning, and treated us like we were family! She truly enjoys offering her home to to others and helping you in any way she can. She also has a sweet teenage daughter & a cute little pup:)
Kathleena is a GREAT hostess. Everything was spotlessly clean and everything was just like she described. She met us at the door and helped us find parking (she has a nice garage but we were in a really big truck). The next morning Kathleena walked with us to the nearby shopping district to show us where it is. She made great breakfasts too. The neighborhood is a bit gritty, but seemed quite safe and there are lots of interesting things in the area. The Green line is about a five minute walk on a well lit street, so getting to and from downtown or whatever is really easy.
Kathleena is a language teacher and former host of Japanese exchange students.
Her home is clean and pleasant.
She made breakfast for me every day.
Kathleena's hospitality was overwhelming. She welcomed us to her home, did our laundry for us and treated us to some very nice Asian food.
Her place is in the middle between the stops of two different bus lines, so getting to downtown Portland was very easy.
