A very happy place to stay! Claire welcomed me in person, showed me around the place, and gave me some great recommendations of places to eat (Breadboard!). Comfy bed and pillows, decorated really nicely. Though I didn't make use of it, I liked the touch of supplying postcards (and postcard stamps!) at the writing desk. Many thumbs up.
This was a darling space in Ashland. Claire was waiting for me (literally) at the top of the steps with a smile. It was clean, organized, and was just the right place for the trip.
Claire also had several great suggestions for food, activities, hikes and the Shakespeare plays.
Overall the stay was very comfortable.
Clarie was ready to greet us upon arrival and gave us an efficient orientation to the duplex. It is a very quiet neighborhood and you can walk to the Lithia Park area. Free Maps of Ashland have the shops and resturaunts listed. Quiet, clean, nice to have your own kitchen. Coffee beans and cream provided. Good location for exploring the area.
The reservation was canceled 19 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Such a wonderful experience staying at Claire and Charles' spot. The two bedroom unit is well appointed with mid century modern industrial furnishings and Oregon focused books and art. There is a large collection of vintage cameras throughout the space. Claire left us coffee and cream in the fridge and there was a wide selection of tea. The bed was just about the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Be mindful that it does get cold in the evening and morning because the unit has older windows but the heaters work just fine. Bring slippers as no shoes are allowed in the house. We stayed just one night on our way up to my sister's wedding but we have already booked the unit again on the way back home! Highly recommend.
We spent a quick night here on our way back to Sacramento, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment was immaculate, equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, and the bedroom was so quiet and cozy that it was difficult to get on the road! Claire and Charles have given the apartment many personal touches that made our stay even more special. Would highly recommend.
We spent a memorable weekend in Ashland on a whim. This Airbnb space was perfect for us. A pleasant place to relax, cook, and sleep between our adventures. The location is convenient and the hosts are very accommodating. We found the unit to be just as described online. The coffee beans are a nice touch too. :)
Loooved Claire and Charles place in Ashland. Super cute apartment with amazing decor. Claire met us arriving and showed us around. There's a huge map of Oregon on the wall and a few books you can check out if you want to learn a little more about the area. Its still a little drive to downtown, but not far at all. Great restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen is fantastic and the washer/dryer is handy. There's even a record player! Quite a few stairs leading up to the door, so pack light.
Great place, lots of space for the price. Very comfortable with nice kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.
Claire & Charles were great guests! They communicated well and went beyond the call of duty to leave my place sparkling. They would be welcome back in a flash.
Perfect! I hope they come back again!
Amazing guest. Super responsible clean and fun :)
Claire and Charles where great! Would welcome them back anytime:)
Charles and his daughter were great house guests! We highly recommend hosting them if you get a chance.
Charles was a great house guest, in fact I hardly knew he was here as his stay was brief and he was out and about. He left the room very clean and was easy to communicate with.
