I'm a software developer in my 20s originally from New Zealand. I moved to San Francisco in April 2010 to further my career and adventure. In July 2013, I moved to New York City.
I love to cook, run, take photos and cycle.

My stay here was a great experience. I came for the Google I/O conference at the Moscone Center, which is a short walk. Not only is this apartment centrally located, and an easy walk to many of the attractions downtown SF, Thomas and his room-mate are both friendly, and a pleasure to communicate with. Thomas even went out of his way to setup an appointment to attend a meetup with the Twitter community. This was the perfect place to crash for a week in San Francisco.
Staying with Thomas was great! I was visiting San Francisco partly to explore and partly to job hunt, and I must say, I couldn't have landed a better location or host (plus roommate).
First of all, Thomas was very quick to respond to my message, which was quite lifesaving since I was looking for a place to stay last minute (I'm talking that day). I sent in my inquiry, within a half hour we're communicating, and a few hours later I'm getting the grand tour.
The second thing I'd like to comment on is hospitality. I'm a recent graduate looking for work in the tech industry, and with Thomas and his roommate both being tech guys themselves I was so appreciative of the fact that they spent a bit of their time to chat with me and give me advice on the field.
As for location, I love walking and this apartment put me in a spot where I was easily able to access places like Union Square, SoMa, and the Mission (protip: Mexican hot chocolate at La Oaxaqueña).
Overall I had a VERY comfortable stay, and the couch provided is fantastic on a scale of sleepability.
I had the most pleasant experience in my 7 night stay in Thomas's apartment in San Francisco during Apple's World Wide Developers Conference in mid June. The place is great, clean and Thomas was friendly, very helpful, and had answers to all my questions and more. The apartment is very well located: BART and MUNI are easily accessible. The street is quiet. He even went out of his way and organized a board game night with friends on my day off. Thank you for being an amazing host!
It was a real pleasure to meet Thomas! He was very friendly and outgoing as well as very respectful to the house. Thomas definitely understands the concept of airbnb and it felt good to share stories and good converstions! Airbnb host you should be more than happy to have him as your guest!
They have been an excellent partner, everything clean, organized and very good communication. Thomas is definitely welcome in our properties
Thomas was a very nice guest, I would be happy to host him again!
Wonderful Guest. Thomas was clean and respectful. He is welcome back any time!
Thomas is a very sympathic guy. He is friendly and calm.
He took good care of my bike and of my house when i stayed away one night and left him alone in my house.
If all my guests would be like him. I would be very happy.
Thomas was a delightful guest, clean, considerate, and all around terrific. We didn't have much overlap time in the apartment during his short stay in Boston, but during our brief conversations, he seemed thoughtful and interesting. Highly recommended, and he's welcome back any time.
Thomas was a great guest. Welcome back anytime.
Thomas was really fun to hang out with. His hairstyle was inspiring!!! He enjoyed Japanese snacks a lot.
