We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. After some confusion on my part as to location (it's easier to find during the day), Irena's mother met us late at night, thoroughly graciously, and showed us the very clean and thoughtfully appointed apartment. The value cannot be beat, and the location is nice. The view of the sea can be had if you crane your head out of the side window, but it is really nice once you step out of the apartment. This apt is part of Hotel More.
Awesome place literally right beside the beach, a supermarket and lots of small cafés and restaurants. Lots of entertainment right across the street including trampolines, go carts, a skate park etc perfect for little kids, although we're 20 and still has a blast.
The reservation was canceled 10 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
Irina's mother welcomed us at the apartment on short notice. She was as helpful as possible given our limited understanding of the Croatian language. It was clean and nicely located across the street from Znjan beach. And about a 45min walk to the town center.
Recommend a stay here if you want a "luxury" stay for an affordable price.
Thanks Irina and mum!
Pros: There is a fast food place, similar to a food truck steps away outside the apartment. Food was delicious and very convenient.
There was an elevator (lift) to get up the apartment that was great for our luggage.
Wi-Fi worked well.
The place was very clean.
Great communication by host.
Close to the bus station that takes you into town.
Cons: The host didn't speak English, so unfortunately we didn't understand anything she said.
We weren't aware there was a switch to turn on the boiler, so the first night stay we didn't have hot water for a shower. Irena was able to answer our questions about how to rectify the no hot water. We turned on the boiler switch and had hot water.
It was perfect for staying near the beach. It's about a two minute walk to the beach and there are a few food shacks along the way to grab food. It's only about a fifteen minute bus ride to the center.
Very nice spacious apartment! Next to the beach and with a lot of sparking space available in front of complex!
Very kind and professional check in!
We had a great night in Split!
The apartment was perfect, exactly like in the picture! Our host Ana was lovely, very helpful. She offered us Kuna (Croatian money) just to get by for the day since we were traveling with little kids, and she picked up my cousin from the airport. She treated us like family, what a beautiful lady! we will definitely be back!
Very Nice. Contact professionell & friendly. Thank you!
Nice flat in this city. Beaches and stores are just down the building.
To go to the city, you can use the bus and it takes 15-20 min (be careful the last bus from the city is at 11 PM ; but the cabs are OK and cheap).
