I am so sorry for that. But I didn't cancel reservation 15 days before arrival I needed to cancel immediately after the guest booked apartment and that was 15 days before arrival. I am so sorry for that. We have two apartment and this third one is of one our friend that I would like to give him a hand but he unfortunately told me later that apartment was already booked in the period requested. I am very angry for that. And I am so sorry and I apologise to a guest for this big big misunderstanding.
