When you stay with me you should expect a kind, polite, caring host who values you as a customer and wants to provide you a safe and comfortable stay at my home.
The kind of guest I am looking for:
I'm looking for quiet professional adults and their well behaved children who will keep things clean.
I'm not a born to be AirBnB host I presume but I approach running my AirBnB room first from a point of view "can I provide a product, good or service better than the next host?" Yes I can and I do this by all and more of the reasons I list below.
-I care that your room and common areas are clean and sanitized after each guest.
-You many check in and check out without host interaction. I can send you a video of how to enter.
-I'm not around much and when I am I'm next door at my daughters house or down in the garage, so you get the place to yourself most of the time.
-The house is only shared with me, there are no other AirBnB'ers there and I don't have guests.
-You don't have to "tiptoe" around, so walk, talk like normal I expect the sounds of life and you should too. I think this is a pretty quiet part of...the busiest cities in the world.... That said please read more in house rules about quiet hours and common area rules.
-You may come and go at all hours of the night... really I do not care if you come and go as much as you want.
-I clean your toilet... I mean I sanitize it... I really care that it's clean.
-I clean your bedding... with hot water, soap, washing machine, dryer and use a lint roller while making the best... I really care when I make your bed.
