Andrew was an amazing host! Loved his flat. Great area to be in. I was in London for 3 weeks, and staying in his flat made for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again my next visit! Highly recommended.
We had occasion to rent Andrew's flat in connection with a 2-weekend seminar that we were teaching in the northern part of the City; consequently, we were in residence for almost 2 weeks. It was in a very auspicious location for commuting to our seminar venue, being located conveniently (10 minute walk) to both bus and Tube, only a 20 minute bus ride to Old Street, and a short Tube ride to Covent Garden and the West End.
We found the flat charming and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen (we cooked multiple meals most days during our stay), a lovely, firm bed, a large bathtub and a terrace. Even more desirable, Andrew has a piano, which got a considerable workout, and both the acoustics of the flat, and its top floor location, made it ideal for practicing and rehearsal. Flow through ventilation kept the flat lovely and cool every day and night (lots of trees around).
The neighborhood is most congenial, with a great gastro pub (Tufnell Park Tavern), marvelous bakery (Bunny Little's), and better-than-average grocery, Budgen's, within a 5 minute walk. Budgen's had a selection of organic and gluten-free food, which was a pleasant surprise.
In short, it was a wonderful experience, and we would certainly welcome the opportunity to return to this very agreeable flat. Highly recommended ... and Andrew is a delightful, warm and welcoming host.
I found the flat charming, clean and very comfortable. The space is ideal for 1 or 2 people and the outside terrace was a great addition. Andrew was a great host who was readily available when I contacted him. There were also few spices in the cupboards that made cooking much easier. I would highly recommend both the flat and Andrew as a host.
I rented Andrew's place for my in-laws, who were visiting. I was very satisfied. The place was very clean, had everything they needed, and Andrew was very attentive. Would certainly recommend it.
Andrew's flat is on the top floor of a house in a beautiful, quiet and convenient area (Tufnell Park) of London. It was very clean and had a comfortable double bed. We were able to sleep with the window open as there was absolutely no noise - except for birds singing in the mornings. Internet worked fine and kitchen was well equipped. Andrew was very friendly and helpful.
Andrew's apartment is really great, everything is convenient. the area is very quiet and we are 10 minutes from the tube and 15 minutes from central London.
Andrew was perfect, he left us with maps of London, as well as products for breakfast.
I highly recommend Andrew's apartment for the location, surroundings and the friendliness of the host.
Andrew thank you again for a wonderful time.

Comfortable and spacious, and well set up for cooking. Andrew is a sweety and helpful host. Fairly pathetic shower only drawback. Handy to the northern line (tube). We'd happily stay again.
The apartment of Andrew was great, perfect location near family and in a lovely (and quiet) neighbourhood. The apartment is clean and very good for relaxing after sightseeing in the city.
Communication with Andrew was fast and clear. It all contributed to a great weekend in London!
I rented this flat for my parents and they were delighted: the flat itself is perfect, with all amenities and in a very quiet street.
Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful throughout, so I couldn't recommend this place more!
Andrew, was friendly and down to Earth, in spite of the fact that we were in an alien country. Andrew communicated in a charming and nearly always very timely manner. The place was typical of a middle class London flat. It was on a mostly quiet and a safe feeling, well lit street, but it was not very far to the Underground, neighbourhood stores, and much busier commercial streets. The flat was bright. The place was nicely equipped for a middle class London flat. Being on the upstairs was pleasant (no noise from above). The terrace was pretty private, spacious, and open. The bed was comfortable. The shower strength was not very strong, but that seems to be the norm for upstairs flats in London. The kitchen was small, but it had everything that we needed. The living room was basic but cosy. We used our laptop and (website hidden) (more than our cellphone) for telephone calls. The Wifi was good. TV viewing was good. The laundry area had a combined washer and dryer unit. The dryer was okay, but often we hung clothes outside on the terrace clothesline or inside on racks. Having a printer for deal vouchers, travel information, and entertainment and activities confirmations was a surely a plus. When a small problem arose, Andrew took care of it promptly. The price for our extended stay was very reasonable. We would recommend this accommodation to any couple or single, young or old, unless they were adverse to stairs.
Very pleasant guests. Clean and easy to communicate with. we where happy to welcome them. We would highly recommend them elsewhere!
