Motoharu-San was a great host. He picked me up at Nagoya Station and brought me the next day to my next place. He even looked for a suitable restaurant as I am vegetarian. The room was very nice and there were a lot of informations about Nagoya and Seto. Thank you very much Motoharu-San.
Best host ever. He treated me like a best friend, you can completely trust him. His English is understandable. Just follow his rules and you'll have no problem. I highly recommend him.
Room is very nice and clean and I found the bed super comfy.
Yasuniwa is an all round excellent host!
I was provided with heaps of information on local sights and attractions in Seto and Nagoya and very detailed instructions on how to get there and back.
During my stay I was given countless lifts to Nagoya and other places of interest which was extremely helpful. I was also taken to great restaurants and given useful recommendations on where to eat.
I highly recommend this accommodation!
Motoharu is a gracious host. Feel like visiting a friend. He does his best to make you comfortable.
Motoharu-san, so sorry for the delay in my reply. Thank you so much for your special arrangements for my stay. I’ve stayed at his room just only overnight. However, he would kindly have adjusted to my situation anytime. For example, he showed his best hospitality inside of his house, and more picked me up at Fujigaoka Station when I arrived at his home town. He is a quite flexible host, so that any guests could make them comfortable at his room. Besides, you could share his enriched experiences in his life from himself with his lovely cats, Tenntenn and Kuu. Please enjoy your nice stay at his room! Once again, I would appreciate your kindness.
I live in Seoul Korea with my husband. I needed to make a brief trip out of the country to set-up my visa. I took a chance and went to the Seto region of Japan. Motoharu was great!
He was a super attentive host that really made it feel like home. I flew into Chubu airport, it took me about an hour and a half to get there by train. You buy your first ticket at the airport to get into a larger station, then in the larger station, buy a 2nd ticket to get you the rest of the way. (3 trains total, 2 on 1 ticket)
More about the place. The home is clean and inviting. It is a private home so it's like going and staying with a friend rather than a guest house or Bn'B. He has 2 very cute and sweet cats. They are curious and well behaved. You will surely feel more like you are visiting a friend or family member than staying with a stranger.
I brought him a small token from Korea where I live and he gave me a really neat little fan. I opted to hang in that night, he graciously made me dinner and we watched a movie together. It was a lot of fun and very low key.
I would totally recommend staying with Motoharu if you are going to be in the area. He is helpful and kind. I am sure that you will find your stay comfortable and relaxing.
