Since I start doing business with Airbnb,this is the FIRST time that I have a bad review...This gentleman booked my apartament after seeing the pictures taken by Airbnb . (This site sent their own photographer to shoot the photos).They booked the apartament for two people and arrived as a party of three, one extra guest...We had a chance to speak many times during their staying and they never took a chance to express their disapoitment, I surely would reeimburse their money and would let them go...that would be less damage than what they did by giving me a bad review...I understand that their standarts may be high but I don't think that he would find a 4 stars hotel In Manhattan, Time Square aea to spend Christmas and New Year's eve for the rate of 250,00 per nite for 3 people...I think Mr.Irving Miller has unrealistic expectations for the value of his money...
About the bathroom...he closed the sliding doors on the oposit position,leaving the gap between the pannel turned towards the direction of the shower spray,that's why there was water in the floor...had he closed the door the correct way this problem would not exist and I never thought I had to show my guests how to close a shower door, I will do it from now on...Yes, the apartament has been used but, so far I just had good reviews and people being very please with their staying...I do understand that one can not please everybody but I would like to warn you Hosts agains this gentleman that is hard to please and do not think twice before doing serious damage to somebody business with his negative remarks that DOES NOT reflect the truth...
