Yes, it's true we booked 6 nights, but stayed only 4; first because my girlfriend was coming on the next day, and there was no need for me to stay overnight; therefore I did not have to answer how was my first night on the scale of 1-10; I was never there. Secondly, yes I requested some information about certain places, it was given to me and I expressed my thanks for such information; third I never saw the host Craig; I only spoke to him, the day I checked in; and I had to call him because, the keys were not in the place he assigned for me; therefore I had to call him and leave him a message which he called me back and gave the instructions on how to get them, but I never saw him and he never attempted to contact me after that until I was already gone a day earlier. In the ad we were offered free parking in the driveway; we never had the chance to park there because there was always a car parked inside. Like I said, we originally were renting their basement and were willing to pay the price that was stated for that place; we did It in good faith, because according to the reviews and pictures it seemed perfect for us, instead at the last minute according to Craig, they need it to "alter", the reservation plans, because their previous guests could not leave on time; then my question is why did I have to be inconvenience because of their fault? That is why I chose those days and dates; that was what was available, and on top of all this I ended up bitten by bed bugs? It seems to me that this place is not a clean and healthy place at all, and I don't think this is the kind of places you want to promote for rent. These are the reasons why I did not rate the first night there; I was not there on that night. Also like I said I already send you pictures of the bed bug bites, I hope you saw them already; so after all this I believe the least you can do is to do the honorable thing and to give me a full credit or refund for all the inconvenience that we had to endure. Believe me have I ever knew this was going to be the case; I would have booked a regular hotel and I would not have to have this really bad experience. It is up to you, to see it for what it is; we did our end by paying in advance, by not bothering anyone and respecting the policies on the agreement.
