Bringing the spirit of New Orleans to the hills of Austin!
It was great staying there. The location is great. Walking distance to the bar/restaurant area. Yon helped me out with a few doubts and questions I had about the area. Great host.
I liked this apartment, and have stayed at a number of Air B&B places.
This is a great location on the East Side, and the apartment is really, really convenient and comfortable. It was clean as a pin. Yon made it the easiest possible arrival. Parking is good, good food nearby, friendly and quiet neighbors. Having laundry in the apartment was a real plus. BOOMING WiFi, and Yon answered questions immediately. Good job.
Yon's loft is spacious and comfortable. One selling points is the full kitchen and the washer and dryer. Close to downtown on the east side, and the loft's location offers easy access to the central business district, UT, Highway 183 and I-35. There are several coffee shops and dining establishments within walking distance. The local grocery store is an adventure, but that is to be expected given Austin's need to keep it weird.
Yon had placed a Godiva bar on the bed's pillow as a welcome gift. It was the perfect touch.
Awesome place!! Great location less then 5 minutes from downtown, walking distance from the east end bars. will never stay at a hotel ever again this was my first time using airborne and will most def use this service again!!
Great space in a very easy location. I loved having a patio option with the fantastic Austin weather, and enjoying my coffee with the sliding glass doors open and ceiling fans on (ac off) was bliss. The apartment was super close to the trendy East Austin and only about a 10 minute drive to South Congress or Downtown. Also! Secured parking was wonderful and I loved having a big, open walk-in closet to unpack into. And check in and check out were super easy!
The apartment is showing a bit of wear and tear, but nothing that really bothered us and especially considering the fantastic rate.
The loft apartment was perfect for my stay in Austin. I enjoyed the area immediately around the apartment - lots of cool restaurants and bars. It's also close enough to downtown to get there quickly. The apartment itself was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
Great place on E 6th. Really close to great bars and restaurants and after visiting Austin I would always stay that side of the I-35. Very easy to pick up / drop off keys and the loft was very cool and spacious.
Everything about this place was perfect. The space is huge; it could sleep a lot of people. It is very new and clean, and has a very modern look and feel. There is an off-street, covered parking space, but there is also plenty of free and easy parking on the street around the building.
The owner went above and beyond what was expected as far as amenities are concerned. There were water bottles, beer, and orange juice in the fridge, chocolates on the bed. Any toiletries you may have forgotten were provided in the bathroom. The TV has a Roku box if you want to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. In general, the place was super comfy. I would totally live here in a heartbeat.
As far as location goes, this place is perfect. It is exactly one mile east of Interstate 35 in the heart of the best location of Austin. A lot of the best bars and food on the East Side are a short walking distance away. It's a quiet area and a few blocks away from the late night crowds. You can walk or bike over to West 6th Street if you want. Lady Bird Lake and the parks surrounding it are a few minutes' drive/bike away. The location is totally safe if you're wondering. It doesn't feel sketchy whatsoever. I would absolutely visit again.
The reservation was canceled 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The place is big and clean. Yon was a good host and was able to help us right away when we needed something. The location is good - if you like the east side scene, you can walk there. If you are more interested in downtown, it's about a 30 minute walk but it's a nice one. We rented a car and it was very away to use the parking space here and get in and out with the gate remote Yon provided. He also got us water and creamer for coffee, which was nice. My only complaint is that the building itself is a little noisy because you can hear EVERYTHING that is going on in the apartment above and in the hallways... But it wasn't too bad because people didn't stay up that late or get up too early.
