Hello, I speak French and Spanish and a little Portuguese. I rent several lovely places -- an attic apartment in Seville, a double room in Seville, a mountain farmhouse in France, and a beach townhouse in Portugal.
Come to them all!

What a pretty pretty place! It's a beautiful room with its own lovely bathroom. The courtyard is such a gorgeous place to see in the morning, too. I had a great stay here - thanks guys!
I did not get to meet Alexandra in person but check-in was a breeze when I arrived at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a little bodega for snacks/drinks/things just across the street. The room was true to description but it is quite dark during the day because it is on the ground floor and there is not a lot of light coming through the window. The room gets a little damp after using the shower and one must keep the window open to ventilate the room, but this is also an invitation for the mosquitoes.
Perfect and cosy place in Seville and Alexandra is a very nice host
My parents enjoyed their stay at Alexandra's place. The accomodation is very close to the city center of Séville. They could enjoy each part of the city. The place is clean and quiet and Alexandra was very helpful and nice !
They really enjoyed their stay !
This was our third trip to Seville and we specifically wanted to stay in the area around the Plaza Alameda de Hercules because it's close to the centre but not as touristy as the areas around the cathedral. Because we were in Seville for the biennale and wanted primarily to relax and to visit some flamenco shops, Alexandra's apartment was perfect for us. We particularly loved the huge roof terrace where we had breakfast every morning and drinks sometimes in the evening. I also loved the comfortable living room which was tastefully furnished with charm, plus it was light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook at home, but there are also some fantastic tapas bars and restaurants close by, ie., Dos de Mayo and Restaurante Eslava. Although the apartment faces the street, the bedrooms face the back and are quiet. There is no aircon in the bedrooms, but as we were there during September and the nights were cool, we just used the ceiling fan. There were renovations going on in the entry when we were there so coming and going was a slightly dusty affair, but when these works are finished I expect the building stairway will look very beautiful. When we are in Seville again we would have no hesitation in staying at this lovely apartment.
We stayed 2 nights at Alexandras place in Seville. Although we arrived quite late it was not a problem to make an arrangement. Alexandras guestroom is very clean and provided everything we needed. It even has a private entrance and bathroom. As the room is not far away from the city centre of Seville all important sights can be reached by foot. A supermarket and nice bars, where you can have breakfast are located in the neighbourhood. We had a great time in Seville and Alexandras place, so I can only recommend it to everyone.
What a wonderful stay we had in Seville! My girlfriend and I ended up missing our bus to Seville and hence our first reserved night at Alexandra's place. She gave us an extra day at the end to make up for it. So kind! The room was just what we needed. It is less than a ten minute walk to Eslava; the city's best tapas restaurant. Also a quick walk to the bus station.
Alexandra gave us great instructions as to how to access the apartment and met us to show us around. It is an elegantly furnished upstairs apartment in a peaceful street just away from the main street and old bridge over the river. Whether arriving by train, bus or car it is easy to find. Great restaurants nearby and small bakers and large supermarket within 5 minutes walk. It is conveniently place for sight seeing around for both the old town and for the ferry to the beach. Can't wait to go back!
