Hello, I speak French and Spanish and a little Portuguese. I rent several lovely places -- an attic apartment in Seville, a double room in Seville, a mountain farmhouse in France, and a beach townhouse in Portugal.
Come to them all!

The response of Alexandra was very quick and efficient, so I didn't had trouble to find the place. Ten points for Alexadra's communication skills
Hemos pasado un fin de semana agradable en "El Cachito". Es una habitación pequeña pero correcta. En pleno centro de Sevilla. Ideal para descubrir la ciudad andando.
We really enjoyed our time at this place in Sevilla! Located very nice, good and vibrant neighbourhood, close to free parking and 10 minutes walk to the city center. Alexandria gave us a map and suggested the best places and area's in town. The airbnb provides all comforts and privacy. Recommended!
Alexandra contacted us in advance with checking-in details and she was very welcoming on our arrival. The room was as described and shown and we were very happy with it, it was very clean and warm ( cool in the heat I'm sure ).
Its only 20-30 minutes pleasant walk from the centre of Seville but in any case is in a fascinating area with a variety of cafes nearby . The maze of streets are good to walk in and we're impressed with the pedestrianised areas and the cycle routes.
The room is truly independent and we felt free to go about things at our own speed, knowing that Alexandra was at hand if needed.
We had a lovely time, we loved Seville.
What a pretty pretty place! It's a beautiful room with its own lovely bathroom. The courtyard is such a gorgeous place to see in the morning, too. I had a great stay here - thanks guys!
La chambre (avec salle de douche et wc indépendant) est très agréable, bien située, dans une cour intérieure verdoyante, très propre. Nous avons peu vu nos hôtes mais les contacts téléphoniques et lors de notre accueil ont été charmants.
I did not get to meet Alexandra in person but check-in was a breeze when I arrived at the house. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a little bodega for snacks/drinks/things just across the street. The room was true to description but it is quite dark during the day because it is on the ground floor and there is not a lot of light coming through the window. The room gets a little damp after using the shower and one must keep the window open to ventilate the room, but this is also an invitation for the mosquitoes.
Perfect and cosy place in Seville and Alexandra is a very nice host
My parents enjoyed their stay at Alexandra's place. The accomodation is very close to the city center of Séville. They could enjoy each part of the city. The place is clean and quiet and Alexandra was very helpful and nice !
They really enjoyed their stay !
This was our third trip to Seville and we specifically wanted to stay in the area around the Plaza Alameda de Hercules because it's close to the centre but not as touristy as the areas around the cathedral. Because we were in Seville for the biennale and wanted primarily to relax and to visit some flamenco shops, Alexandra's apartment was perfect for us. We particularly loved the huge roof terrace where we had breakfast every morning and drinks sometimes in the evening. I also loved the comfortable living room which was tastefully furnished with charm, plus it was light and airy. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook at home, but there are also some fantastic tapas bars and restaurants close by, ie., Dos de Mayo and Restaurante Eslava. Although the apartment faces the street, the bedrooms face the back and are quiet. There is no aircon in the bedrooms, but as we were there during September and the nights were cool, we just used the ceiling fan. There were renovations going on in the entry when we were there so coming and going was a slightly dusty affair, but when these works are finished I expect the building stairway will look very beautiful. When we are in Seville again we would have no hesitation in staying at this lovely apartment.
