George was a great host! On our first day he gave us a lot of travel advice and tips on how to save money in NYC. Also he was always reachable when we had a questions. The apartment was big enough to fit the four of us. The kitchen and bathroom were sufficient. If you are travelling with a group and it is your first time in NYC George's place is definitely a good choice for you!
Safe and upscale neighborhood, cozy private rooms. An equipped kitchen, a restroom with hot shower, friendly hosts, couldn't have asked for more!
George and Miriam were great hosts; very friendly, accessible and responsive. The apartment was comfortable and met all our needs. It is also conveniently located within three blocks to all the restaurants and stores on Third Avenue and about five blocks to the subway. We enjoyed our stay.
Good place, excellent neighborhood for kids, safety & warm welcome from Mr.Goerge & Mariam. You feel like you live with your family rather than hosts. It's recommended from my side for every one to live such fantastic experience. Thank you Mr.George.
My business partner and I needed a place to stay for about a week and a half in Bay Ridge. George answered us quickly and accommodated us greatly. The apartment was clean and updated. George was very welcoming and willing to help us if we did need anything (which we didn't) I would recommend him to friends and family in the future without question.
I though I left a review on Michael.... what can I say such ambitious , young , smart and gentleman along with his partner very pleasant very clean just nice people
It felt like i was visiting an uncle. George helped co-ordinate our taxi from the airport.
Got us oriented to Brooklyn and Manhattan when we reached our place of stay. How to get about NYC and what to do.
The house was all organised and ready. Pleasant and safe neighbourhood. We were at home all the while.
The neighborhood was great; very quiet and felt quite safe. We came home after 1 or 2 am a few nights, and the two of us girls felt safe walking the 5-6 blocks from the subway to the apt. We even saw some young kids out playing by themselves pretty late.
The apt was clean, spacious, and the two bedrooms worked great for us. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it was nice to have coffee and a fridge.
George & Miriam were both very friendly; George picked us from JFK (which saved us the 3 hr subway trip and was cheaper than a taxi!) and immediately took us to get our subway passes for the week and some groceries at the market.
We had a full itinerary for the week, but the apt was a great spot to come back to and crash. The weather was so nice the first few days we left the AC off and slept with the windows open (no bugs!).
George met us upon arrival and explained how everything worked . The apt is in a residential neighborhood. It was cozy and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. It's convenient to the Metro/Bus and close to the Brooklyn shore . 2 blocks away is Pier 69, it has great views of both lower Manhattan and the Verrazano Bridge. George was a gracious host with many good money saving tips for visiting NYC.
