I don't understand why you feel that I gave you a negative review? I was only agreeing with previous reviews regarding the noisy air conditioner and letting people know what to expect to be in the apartment. We were not at all surprised by what you provided for us (I thoroughly read the site and the packet before arrival). I apologize if what I wrote was misunderstood. I was in no means complaining that you did not provide us with more amenites (with an exception of extra pillows). I will try my best to be more clear in my next review.
