Franz did not get to stay in the condo due a booking mess up. My manager did not receive his booking details. My fault. I immediately refunded his payment in full plus an offer to stay in my condo in the remaining days of his booking for free. 1st time this happened and I will improve my system so this will not happen again.

Franz was a fine guest. If fact, he was more than fine, really. He made everything very easy. His communication was good and respectful. He was quiet and clean enough. He even spent most of his time outside the house checking out the town but I can honestly say that my few interactions with him were very pleasant and cordial. I have nothing negative to say about Franz. He seems to be a good man all the way around and definitely the type of person anyone can feel comfortable about inviting into their home.
Franz is one adventurous soul. Hosting him was very stress-free. He was very pleasant and courteous. We got to chitchat with him and it was very nice. He was considerate and was very friendly to everybody. We would definitely love to have him back!:)

We received an un-fair review when said "The people at the hotel seem honest and helpful ;the best rooms are on the other side and are not offered until asked. sOMETHING STRANGE HAPPENED . i ASKED FOR A TAXI TO THE AIRPORT AND WAS ASKED for pre payment; I declined . On the way to the airport the driver began to moan in pain and said he could go no futher; he then called another taxi which then drove me aroun and around and then demanded a large some of money. I do not kow if the whole thing was a set up and whether the hotel was complicit."
I think it is un-fair cause:
1. The room in another side which he told about is the Superior double bedroom with a king size bed which was listed on AirBnB. You had booked a twin bedroom with 2 separate beds (confirmation code JTMBTJ). Therefore, I can't arrange a double room instead without your agreement. I have to give you exactly which room did you booked.
2. For airport pickup service (from airport to our hotel or back to airport), we always ask guests to pay to the receptionist and keep a receipt, not pay directly to the driver. By that way, we can protect our guest to avoid some bad driver may over charger or ask guests to pay anything else. We only pay to the driver after receive no complain from guests.
3. My driver which take you to the airport that day had seriously ill suddenly while driving on the way, you also advised him to go to hospital immediately. He didn’t charge anything, even after taken you more than half way to the airport. He also had tried hard to help you to catch a taxi along the street to send you to the airport. We don’t know if the taxi driver had over charged to you or not. Even if the taxi driver had over charged, it is not my driver fault. My driver had tried to do his best and I cannot ask him more.
