I host an annual New Year's party in January in the house for about 100 people, using the same kitchen facilities as this guest was provided. A full-sized turkey, hams, rice, beans, pies, etc. are all a part of this full menu; all are prepared in this kitchen. While neither the refrigerator or freezer were completely empty during the time this guest was on-site, there was space in both for various food items.
The guest did not use the inexpensive olive oil that was available in the pantry; instead, expensive, sealed olive and dipping oils were used for cooking. As a result, the cleaners have now placed salt, pepper, cooking oil, and condiments in a clearly marked area for guest use and the guest handbook has been updated regarding the same.
According to the cleaners, dishes were crammed into the dishwasher and one was chipped in the attempt to clear the machine; photos of same were sent to AirBnB, who provided a damage credit. The dishwasher has been run since without problems.
