Laid back professional woman who enjoys fine wining and dining, the outdoors, and a drama free living environment. I am not a clean freak, but I do try to keep things tidy.

I had an amazing time with Casey. I just loved her spirit. She is very attentive to her guest making sure all needs are met. I am missing Casey, Onyo and of course my buddy Chance. I wish I could of stayed longer, but maybe next time... MISSING MY BELMONT FAMILY....
Casey's house had a lovely backyard, the room had a comfortable bed, proper sized computer desk and the house was clean and had all the usual mod cons. The dogs Chance and Enya were very friendly and easy to get along with from the start, a characteristic shared with the host.
The house was close to station and restaurants. Belmont was convenient for me as I could easily take the Caltrain or ECR buses to San Mateo, Redwood city, Palo Alto, Redwood shores and also go into San Francisco. Close to Belmont station is Peet's coffee and Starbucks with wifi which was great while waiting for departures.
While staying there a few friends of Casey came over for weekend
socializing and card games, something that truly enhanced the
experience and gave some good laughs.
Thanks Casey for a great stay in the San Francisco Peninsula.
Casey's place is quite cozy and her dogs are very friendly. In addition, it is only a few blocks away from the Belmont Caltrain station and therefore easy access to the rest of the Bay Area if you don't have a car. Finally, Casey is very hospitable and candid. I enjoyed my stay and hope that you do too!
Casey is a wonderful person and the house is cozy, clean very comfortable!
You can have lots of alone -time but spending time with her is more than fun as well, e.g. enjoying dinner and a glass of wine in the beautiful backyard.
Both of the dogs are just adorable...it took us very long to say goodbye to them.
We would always prefer this house instead of chosing any other apartment because you really feel like you were at home.
We just enjoyed our stay and we miss it already !
Casey is a great host, friendly, and courteous. I enjoyed my stay.
This is a great, cute, affordable little spot, and Casey is an incredibly warm and accommodating host! I moved to the area for a job in Silicon Valley and needed accommodations fast, and Casey came through really quickly. This is a way better deal than the other nearby Airbnb postings around Belmont/Redwood City, none of that sharing cot space with 10 other techies from out of town. The place is really quaint and clean, with two really friendly dogs. If you're getting settled in the area or visiting for a few days you won't find a better deal than this. Highest recommendation.
Casey is a great host! She is very welcoming and friendly. If you are new to the area, she will answer your questions about the bay area with a great sense of humor and a local’s knowledge. She will make you feel included but respect your space as well. We even went out dancing on my birthday. I loved her dogs – they are real sweethearts and well-behaved.
The room is thoughtfully furnished, and good for either a longer or shorter stay. The rest of the house is clean and comfortable, and I loved the peaceful garden in the back. I have my own place in the bay area now, but will definitely be back now that I have a friend in Belmont!
I rented Casey's spare room in the summer of 2013, before she began renting the space on Airbnb (which is why this is a "reference" rather than a "review"). I rented the room from May 1st through July 30, 2013.
The room was perfect for my needs. I am a writer and so having a large desk and lots of cupboards available to me was great. The futon bed is firm, which was fine for me.
The backyard is absolutely fantastic. The sound of the pond really adds to the peace of the outdoor area.
Casey is great--totally laid back. She was gone a lot of the time, but when she was around, I really enjoyed sharing a bottle of wine and chatting with her.
I'm not a "pet person," however, her two dogs are well-behaved and sweet and, somehow over the course of the summer, I grew really attached to them.
The house is cozy. The coffee maker is AMAZING. The bathroom was always very clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for myself and we both cleaned up after ourselves regularly. The rest of the home is more "lived in," in that it isn't spotless (she has two dogs, after all), but Casey keeps everything neat and tidy. We both took turns purchasing items used in common (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.).
The neighbourhood is great. I always felt safe, especially when jogging every morning. It is within walking distance to Safeway, Starbucks, and a number of restaurants.
I have absolutely no complaints about my time at Casey's place. In fact, I feel like I made a life-long friend while living there.
