This was such a beautiful property. Upon arrival, we instantly felt relaxed, like we had successfully escaped the city. We were given a tour of the property and shown our rooms.
My biggest regret is that there was not enough time for us to sit outside, relax, and enjoy sitting on such a beautiful property.
The breakfast was worth waking up for and better than anything that we could have eaten at a restaurant.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night while visiting wineries. The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us into their homes. The suite was brightly lit, clean, and had an incredibly comfortable bed.
The grounds featured sheep, lamas, alpacas, chickens, and roosters (thankfully they never woke us up!) - creating a relaxing, pastoral setting.
Tea and coffee were brought to our room in the morning, and a large (and delicious) breakfast was prepared for us on the second floor patio. We couldn't have asked for a better way to spend our time in NOTL.
We highly recommend potential travellers to spend the weekend at Chalet B&B with Gina and Elphie!

I cannot rave enough about our stay with Gina and Elfie. Though the Niagara area is loaded with bed and breakfast options, we were so satisfied with our choice. The property was conveniently located halfway between Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake, a beautiful town that's definitely worth seeing. It is also surrounded by wine vineyards, and they provide you with coupons when you arrive. The two rooms they offer are both beautifully decorated and cozy in every way. They were very thoughtful with both the presentation and the comfort of the accommodations. We were left a plate of chocolate covered strawberries when we arrived, which was only the beginning of their kindness. They allowed us to walk about their scenic grounds and assist them with feeding their miniature pony, adorable sheep, and also chicken and ducks. Gina and Elfie were very kind hostesses and gave us so much help recommending sites to see and places to find dinner. We got a real treat in the morning when we were presented our breakfast on the deck that overlooked the property. Gina is an amazing cook and was even kind enough to send me a recipe after we left. Breakfast came in multiple courses. Berries with yogurt and a sliced almond/granola topping, cheese buscuits, stuffed French Toast, cucumbers with cream cheese, and chicken sausage (they kindly asked if we had food restrictions and since my husband doesn't eat pork they went out and grabbed some chicken). Tea and coffee was always available. There was a great room with a television and nice DVD selection, as well as free wi-fi in house. There is so much more that I could say, but every guest should feel as pleasantly surprised as we were when we saw how perfect this B&B was. It really made our trip a special one.
