Come on Emma, we discussed this. I've sent you maps as image files exactly pinpointing our house in red colour. Also I never received any SMS from you, everything was via Airbnb site. Our windows have both curtains and wooden blinds so your statement isn't valid.
Another thing is that you booked only one night, not two. You were not eligible for two nights, just one. So claiming that you left one day earlier and we refused to refund second night is not true. You asked for a refund simply because "you didn't sleep well and woke up tired" (your words are within quotes).
I was not confrontational at any point during our conversation. Just your offer to write a nice review if we refund you triggered an alarm in my head.
I hereby want to apologize to everyone who had problem with the bathroom, we had certain pluming issues in the middle of peak season. It's been fixed now, as well as beds in the room you stayed in. I am really sorry for any inconvenience.
House is as it is, it's built 20 years ago and is "standard" local house. We do not offer apartments and I am sorry if our listing misguided you in any way. I've made it clear in the listing afterwards. Thank you for the input.
