I thought the several pictures of the appartement would prevent from that disagreements (shower especially).
About the hours, I'm sorry I gave you a solution not to carry on your lugguages all day long, I really could'nt do it differently, and you didn't tell me it was such a big problem for you.
I'm sorry if you didn't find the flat clean, and you where such annoyed by all those things, but I would like to reassure my next potential guest that I make my best to offer the best stay I can, even if I'm not an hotel in (website hidden): The sofabed is being repairing (it was twisted a week before)
