We arrived on a Thursday night and spent a weekend in Minneapolis. Geoff is really friendly and a great host! The apartment is perfectly located in a nice neighborhood.
I arrived on a Saturday evening and Geoff was gone for the weekend and left the key hidden outside of his apartment building for me. His place was really cool. He has two record players and a lots of records/tapes/CDs around. The place has a laid back and relaxed vibe. The room I was staying in was very simple and comfortable! It's a perfect spot for an easy stay in Minneapolis!
Geoff is very nice and friendly, and the description is accurate. The location is great, especially for someone like me who needs public transportation.
Geoff's place was easy to get to, spacious, and well-kept. I was in town for a wedding, so I was in and out a lot, but Geoff always felt accessible and easy to reach. He had some neighborhood information already written out and handy for me when I arrived.
It was very easy to get to many different parts of Minneapolis from the apartment, which I definitely appreciated. The Minneapolis Institute of Arts is only a block and a half away, and there are also a number of restaurants, coffeeshops, and bars in easy walking, biking, or busing distance.
Geoff is a friendly, welcoming host. The apartment is comfortable, cozy, and has a lot of character. Two thumbs up!
Geoff was thoughtful about providing blankets, towels and nearby directions and the space was lovely and large. Very convenient also. I'd definitely come back again!
I had a great time staying at Geoff's place in Whittier. His apartment's located in this amazing old building with heaps of character, and the room's really bright and airy with a comfortable bed. I loved the area too: it's a short walk to Nicollet for a good feed or most of the day-to-day shops you could want, and also good proximity to downtown and public transport.
Geoff was super accommodating of my late arrival, and I really enjoyed chatting and hanging out with him when we got the chance. Try out his podcast recommendations!
I'd be very happy to stay here again.

Geoff is a great host and set me up with everything I needed. The room and space are comfortable and clean. It's walking distance from downtown Minneapolis.
This was my first use on Airbnb and Geoff made it a simple easy, no pressure experience. He was a very kind and a polite guy. When I asked about local things to do and see he was very generous with his knowledge. The listing is accurate, great location, very clean and roomy. I would point my friends to his listing without hesitation! Thanks, Geoff!
Geoff and his friends were great guests! welcome back anytime. Cheers, Aline
I haven't met Geoff because I was traveling when he stayed in my place, but from what I heard, there was absolutely no problem with him.
Geoff was a grat guest. welcome back anytime.
Geoff and his girl friend were excellent guests. They left the cabin as they found it and their pets were no problem. They said they had a great time and enjoyed the location and relaxing times. Geoff seems to be quite the chef.
Geoff and Kadence were a pleasure to host. They are both very easy going and friendly. The fact that they love dogs was a bonus!
