Scott's place was perfect! I came up with a few friends and we grilled in the yard and spent our days at the beach. Scott was really chill, and his place was perfect for relaxing and cooking. He was super flexible about check in and out times, which was really nice and made our stay a lot more enjoyable.
His yard is fantastic and his kitchen is great to cook in!
We decided to head to Ventura at 7PM on a Fri night. Scott was very gracious regarding our last minute request and set up an air mattress, so that everything was ready when we arrived at 2AM.
The house worked great for the 4 of us and our 2 small dogs. After being up till 2AM it was nice to have a yard we could go out into when the dogs woke me up at 7AM. When we stay in a hotel and pay the $30-$60 dog up-charge, it's always a challenge to determine who takes the dogs out.
The house is only a mile or 2 from Ventura's charming down town with cute shops and nice places to eat. Scott directed us to a dog-friendly beach and we also found a pretty good go-kart track nearby.
Staying at Scott's place was a great experience! Nitin, Scott's housemate, is amazing host! I highly recommend this airbnb.
Scott was super nice, came and went (we never met) but spoke on the phone. He was really cool, clean and ... Well, lets just say, he moved a chair in my house and made it look better ;) welcome anytime! Thanks Scott! I hope you have great luck in all your endeavors!
Hi We did not get to meet Scott, but spoke to him over the phone. He was very nice and polite and left the place clean upon departure.
Scott and his friend Sam couldn't have been better guests. Very friendly and courteous, and left my condo spotless. They are welcome back anytime!
scott erickson has been a total delight to host. he is warm, responsible, neat, communicative, and a real joy to have in the studio. on our last day, since he had been here attending a photography workshop, he offered to take some photos of me and my dog niko at the farmer's market. so very generous! anyone who hosts scott is lucky indeed. you will immediately experience him as someone who could become your friend, and want him to come back.
