Dear Anna, sorry to hear that you find my place disappointing. I would like to clarify some points to you: old houses in Lisbon, like this one, don't have central heating and Lisbon is a quite humid city, so the dehumidifier is there to make the house comfortable during winter. I think you saying that the apartment is inhospitable is quite excessive. Regarding the fridge not working, I went to the house the day after you reported it (it was working with the previous guests), then the fridge started to work and then stopped again. I went to the apartment with a technician during your stay to check what was happening and he told me the fridge needs a new motor or replacement. As you can imagine this is not a quick thing to do, and I was depending on the availability of the technician. I reported all this to you and you didn't seem bothered about it, so I don't think it's fair of you telling me now, in your review, that I didn't do anything to solve the situation. For your information, the fridge was replaced by a brand new one. I also find quite strange you didn't report your disappointment when you were face to face with me on your checkout. By the way, you did it at 2pm when you told me you would do it during the morning. About the price per night, I think it's a fair price, and most of the other guests agree. Have nice travels around.
