Communication with the guest was easy and convenient. Meeting them to show the house and give keys was smooth. Letting them know that we had an entertainment system as well. But, please allow a timed window as they were an hour later then said. I received no calls with questions or concerns. When returning, we noticed a few things that were a little upsetting. When I walked in the door, I noticed our Playstation3 was left on. Our windows were left open, including the window on our back door. This to me was a safety concern. The only other issue that I had was, we have 4 huge couches in our living room. With wood floors we have carpet below them because they would scratch our floors. The guest took it upon themselves to move our carpet from under the couch. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal. But, we did this for a reason and have received a few scratches. I will take this as my lesson learned.
The biggest issue I had, our heat was left on! I get home to it being on and our home was terribly hot! I went out of my way to explain to them how to properly turn it off for this reason. I really hope our electric bill isn't sky high!
Cleanliness wise they weren't bad.
