I grew up in Boston but have lived in NYC for 5 years. I'm currently a grad student at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where I'm studying sustainable economic development. I worked in nonprofit economic development research prior to grad school and am dedicated to building innovative development solutions in my career.
I'm thrilled to be in San Francisco this summer because it's the city in the country I've most wanted to visit, mainly for food (can't wait to try all the banh mi and tacos I can find), music, and access to the outdoors. I'm a huge hiker and while I get plenty of good food and fun in NYC, SF will be great because I plan to get out and hike on the weekends.
Not much to report other than that. I'm a pretty typical 28 year old guy, with a pretty serious "goofy nerd" thing going. Looking forward to spending a few months in a new part of the country/world and hoping to come away with a lot of great new friends and stories.Happy to let you know anything else about me!
