Ιt's disappointing that George is presenting this kind of story now...
What exactly happened is: On the day of his unexpected check-out, I asked him if everything was fine with the house and he replied that nothing was wrong with it; that it was not my fault that you he decided to leave earlier due to changes in his personal travel plans with his girlfriend. Then George was insisting to get compensated for his early check-out, cutting through airbnb policies. I even took the time to explain the airbnb refund policies to him, which do NOT apply to guests who just change their minds for whatever reason and I believe is the true reason behind George's revengeful words.
My point can be justified by previous guests who speak of a "crystal-clean" home, giving all these years a "5-star" review on cleanliness. Also the cleaning lady was preparing perfectly well the house for George just a few hours before his arrival.
I'm sorry to let the Airbnb community know that George has shown an unacceptable attitude, but at least I hope he enjoyed the expensive bottle of wine he found.
