Great location (a short walk from Fells Point, Harbor East, and Little Italy), beautiful and functional decor, excellent value compared to Baltimore hotel rates, immaculately clean unit, and a host who communicates well all made for a superb choice for a weekend getaway. I definitely hope to return to Necole's "Cozy Home" when my travels take me to Baltimore again.
I can't imagine anything that would have improved our stay other than an extra night or two!
Hint for future renters: We had a second car to park so took advantage of the $3 per day weekend rate at the parking garage at Fleet and Eden just one block away. If you have more than one car or prefer parking in a garage rather than in the lot at the 24-hour gas station across the street, it's a bargain!
Necoles place is awsome! Ot was very clean and and really cool! We were not able to meet necole personally but she had everything laid out and was very easy. We would love to stay at place next time we are in baltimore
Great place, I loved the set up of The house. It was the perfect location for what we wanted to do. We walked to the harbor, little Italy and fells point. Necole made check in and out so easy. Hope to stay again when in town
House was just like it was described. Loved the decor. Great location--walking distance to restaurants in Little Italy and near the water/convention center. Would stay here again.
Necole's place is beautiful. Everything is perfectly clean and new. Check in and out were very easy. I would definitely recommend this place to others!
Place was great - as advertised, clean, well kept, and awesome location. Communication was great and easy in/easy out. Would definitely stay here again.
Necole was easy to reach if we had questions about anything. Fells point was great, there are a number of local and tasty restaurants within walking distance (as well as a whole foods). The description of the place matched very well.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Necole's place. In my opinion, the house was far from tiny. It was the perfect size and we absolutely loved the decor. It was so cozy and clean that we felt right at home. The location is amazing!!! Walking distance to everything. And I can't forget to mention the amazing aroma of fresh baked bread in the air due to a bread factory not too far. My family and I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend this place to others.
This was a warm and friendly home with comfortable and clean accommodations. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio.
The listing for this property led me to believe it was in the Federal Hill neighborhood, on Ostend Street. The original location is where I was planning to stay and had based my arrangements on. When the reservation was confirmed, the address was in fact about a 10 minute drive (30 minutes in traffic) from where I wanted to be and it made my stay much more inconvenient.
Necole's home was very pretty and well kept but the excessive decorations made it feel much smaller than it was. The ample towels and linens were appreciated.
Also, I felt she asked quite a bit from us regarding check-out cleaning duties, especially considering I had already paid a $75 cleaning fee. This was fairly off-putting.
Necole is amazing as a guest. She was courteous, easy going and extremely pleasurable to host. My assistant raved about how nice she was. I would host Necole again anytime she wished to stay with me.
