Vera was the perfect house guest to have. She arrived as scheduled, took excellent care of the apartment, and left it very well organized at check out making it easy to prepare for the next guests. I enjoyed having Vera and she is always welcome back.
We do not ever want to exercise any forfeiture of security deposits in accordance to our rental agreement, as normally the majority of our clients are return clients and we have had wonderful repores with everyone. By exercising our agreement when a client has not abided by the rental agreement we take the risk the client will write up a bad review, and understand that this could hurt our business. However with that, we cannot let clients get away with damaging our home and neighborhood by threatening to write up a bad review on us for something they had done.
Vera, this particular client had a party at the house during her stay when the home has a very strict NO PARTIES rule allowed as well as over occupancy at our home. We specified very clearly in our rental agreement and clarified in person upon check that we DO NOT ALLOW ANY PARTIES. But the client had one anyway. The party guests threw bottles and cans as well as yelled profanity from over the balconies at neighbors passing by our home and disrupted an otherwise very quiet area. Please if you have a NO PARTIES and a STRICT OCCUPANCY policy this client would not be recommended.
