This studio is immaculate and very small. It has a nice kitchen, dining room table with four chairs and a double bed, bathroom and washer dryer. The owner had cleaned out one closet for us and two drawers in the bath. We wanted a condo while staying in Seattle so we could cook meals. There is no flat fry pan and no coffee maker, no pot holders. The bed was pushed up against the wall which meant with two people one of us couldn't get out of bed easily. We turned the bed 90 degrees but there is a support which goes toward the top of the bed that slips out when you move the bed. Took us one night sleeping on a slant to figure that out. We fixed it and it was OK. There is no TV (there are lounges where we could go to watch the news if no one else were there) and no hair dryer. I left a list of missing items for the owner and suggested he supply them before the next rental. So, if you simply want a nice place to crash and have plans to eat out and be busy in the evenings, this is great.
Excellent guest to have and would recommend him to be hosted by others. Very respectful and tidy and a cool person to converse with
Mark was great to host....he was very responsible and left the apartment exactly as when he arrived.
I would recommend others host him in the future without hesitation!!
