I am an easy going person, down to earth, clean and respect others. I also love traveling.
Lena was a very attentive and caretaking host. I recommend her home for everybody who wants to explore life in Thailand outside a Hotel. Her house is situated in a quiet area, but the next subway Train Station is very Close and easy to reach by Walking or motorcycle taxi
Lena is a wonderful host! She and her aunt are warm and welcoming and happy to share their home and educate a newbie to Thailand on their culture, transit systems and where to find delicious Biryani chicken. The house is large and the room is quite comfortable. If you are a late night person this may not be a good fit due to the location. MRT closes around 10:30 so Taxi is the only way back. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe.
I would recommend this to any female traveler looking for a quiet place to relax after a day of exploring the bustling city of Bangkok.
i had a beautiful stay in this apartment and Lena is an excellent landlord.
When i arrived i told her that i would like to have a safe deposit box and the next day she came and installed a brand new safe!
It is very quiet in the night and i slept well. The wifi internet connection is FAST and worked 24 hours without slowdowns.
I used the kitchen and did not have any problem in cooking my food. It is very near the skytrain and major supermarkets, less than 5 minutes walk time.
There is also a laundry inside.
5 stars and i would stay again.
After staying a week at this place, I'm surprised all reviews - on which I partly based my booking - are so wildly positive. OK - no complaints about the host. Very smooth and friendly communication. Kudos to Lena. But both the condo and the shared facilities are outdated. Condo: humid smell, noisy aircon, outworn kitchen appliances, engrained bathroom, etc. Building: both swimming pools could use a makeover. Tiles&chairs broken, ice-cold oudoor pool (no sun), sauna & some showers out of order, toilet sign 'don't flush paper' but no bum guns, etc. Fitness also old, but it's really huge - that's a positive. * * * Lena told me that the condo will get a complete makeover very soon - so that could be an interesting turn. Until that happens, I think that at 1800baht/day+electr/water the condo is overpriced though.
The apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with security and 24 hour help desk both of whom are very helpful. Inside the apartment was very clean and spacious for 3 people. Lena accommodated me in the last minute (2 days before) and was very quick and responsive to my emails and answered all my questions. She added the 3rd bed almond with an extra mattress that I asked for in the last minute. She enquired if we were vegetarians and left appropriate snacks in the fridge.
Though I never got o meet her personally she was very helpful over the phone and answered my (innumerable) questions patiently. The apartment itself is accessible by BTS and there are good places to eat and shop nearby ( emporium mall, 7/11, Au Bon Pain) etc. I am very satisfied with my experience and would recommend her place to anyone.
Lena was a great host! So incredibly helpful, she responded to all of my questions and concerns and took quick action to address them. She even gave me helpful hints about local events nearby and stocked the place with snacks! Her apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located to BTS stations (Phrom Pong and Thong Lor) on Sukhumvit. It's definitely worth staying at her place and having her as a host - thanks Lena!
This place is in a very well protected quiet area. It is right on Sukhumvit and less than a 3 minute walk to the BTS which can take you all over Bangkok. There was fruit and drinks for me when I arrived. Over all I had a great experience. One thing to note at the end you pay for utilities I didn't know this but it was a very small price so no issue at all. Lena was available anytime I needed help and even advised me on places to go during my trip. I Highly recommend this place it is suitable for 2 or 3 people. I will be back in April and hope to stay in this place again.
One thing is certain : Lena is a really, really lovely girl.
You can reach her if you have any problem, she even drive me back the last time I saw her.
The place is good, a cleaning lady come every week ... sometimes a little bit too early but she's doing a great job.
The location is perfect, it's quiet, but close to the skytrain.
The facilities are awesome, the view from the swimming pool is great!
I had a trouble with a water pipe smell but Lena is taking care of it...
If you want a safe place, you can trust Lena
Great apartment with everything one needs, in a landmark building (no less than 2 full-length swimming pools, convenience store, coffee shop, and a fantastic view of Bangkok from the 47th floor terrace), in a very central location, near BTS Phrom Pong, the luxury mall The Emporium, and tons of restaurants.
Lena is a great host - friendly and accommodating. Perfect place to stay in Bangkok.
The apartment is nice, clean, spacious, exactly as described by the hostess, no problem at all. It's really convenient that the building has a gym, too, and that it's a big building with many people (safe).
Lena is a great hostess: friendly, available, helpful, really nice.
My one note would be that you should double-check that the location of the apartment, which is very good for some activities but a little far from others, matches your expectations. It's a good location, close to the BTS SkyTrain stops, but not in the very middle of town.
