Regarding the air conditioning, they had been scheduled for service just after your checkout date for the monthly maintainence so I really apologize that they were not as cold as you would have liked. In any case, they have been serviced now and I can assure you they will be nice and cool for your next visit! :)
Regarding the confusion for the maid and the breakfast not being provided on Sunday, again, I must apologize for this oversight. I was sure it was noted in the description of the villa but your helpful review has made me realize that in fact it was not. Therefore I have already included this information in the villa description for our future guests. Regarding the lack of electricity on your last day, unfortunately as we discussed on that day Bali does have electricity blackouts from time to time and no one can control that.
