We spent 10 days in Ilhan's house in september 2014. The house is very big and near to the beach. Our host helped us in any thing we needed.
The town is Little and not too touristic. To buy some food you Have to walk ten minuts or to go to the center of the town, where you can also find a post Office to change money.
It was a fantastic experience I can advice to people Who don't like crowded places.
First of all, Ilhan thanks a lot for your hospitality and it's truly a secret paradise!
I might just repeat noted above by Koen, but I would like to say that this old styled house has its own charm! By the way you will forget everything next morning when after your morning run you will swim in the clear sea just in few steps from your porch! The nearest small beach has shallow depth and even seafloor and very good for small kids. Walking distance sand beach has some sports simulators which also can be useful. There are four supermarkets in three minutes to drive and may be five to Mordoğan center where you can found small market.
Thank you Ildar for your repair and your care . i just tell that to my mother , she will call service for dish washing mach. these are really important things , thanks for your hand work , great job .
We had a great stay in the house of Ilhan in Mordogan. We liked the big terrace with the seaview to have breakfast and relax in the evening. We liked the fact that it is only 20 meters to the sea, so you can have a swim at any time. It's located in a little village, with a lot of turkish tourists in weekends and a beach club in front, but during the week it's fairly calm. Fresh bread at 30 meters and a bigger sand beach on walking distance. The peninsula of Mordogan is mostly unspoiled, and the roads offer great views everywhere. The interior of the house and the equipment may need some renovation, but it is a great place to discover this part of Turkey. Ilhan and his mother gave us a very friendly and warm welcome and were always available whenever we needed something, like when my son stepped on a sea urchin
We arrived to find that the place shown on Air BnB, for which we'd paid in full, had been rented out to another family. Instead of a clean, attractive house that we would stay in alone, we were asked to stay in three rooms in the next door home and the grandmother who lived there would be sleeping on the couch. The family in the place we'd paid for was related to the owner somehow and had only been in the home for a few hours. So, after much negotiation, they agreed to sleep in the grandmother's home and we got the place we'd been expecting. It was a fairly stressful experience.
