Surely you don't expect your tenants to travel around checking their emails all the time. I told you way back that we expected to be in Odense late afternoon. Your neighbor was very kind and helpful with the door handle trick. I never complained about the beds - they were fine. I complained about the foul electric kettle which you don't mention or apologize for.
