I'm sorry, but I find this pretty offensive as there are some false informations. As I always do when I get a request for the studio apartment (the cheaper one, with the double sofabed), I tell any guest that the mattress can be a little bit uncomfortable and that the wifi inside that apartment is weak (we can't do much about it as the walls are thick, outside it's better). So it wasn't unepected. The remote for TV was there, salt, bin bags, etc. are usually already in the apartment. If they are not, you could just ask for them and I would have brought whatever you needed for free (even though it wouldn't be included in our offer).
Regarding dust/ants, I apologize, I can just ensure that we have a cleaning lady who always comes before every guests' arrival. Probably she didn't do a good job this time. I'm really sorry I couldn't meet you in person but right on those 2 days I was very busy with work problems. By the way you could report all these issues to my father who welcomed you.
