We feel concerned by your problem because we came as soon as we can on morning to solve the problem.
When arrived, no ants...I believe you because we are on Bali and there are ants, mainly when people eat in the bedroom.
My staff buy 2 products against ants to solve problem ans there was not any more.
You was only disappointed by the fact that your husband want discount, discount again for the ants. I reply you that you already have 50% on this booking because last minute and it was not possible for me to do more. This is the real reason in reality.

You know there is hotel for the tourist and the villas for the travellers...
So sad because, as host, very bad experience by my side too.
Rachel, husband and cute baby were a breeze to host. They let us know of a hot water issue so we could have it fixed (which it is!). They will be very welcome for any future trips to Bali.
