I am a graduate student at New York University studying physical anthropology - everything from human bones to monkeys! One of the things I love about my field is that it offers the opportunity to travel to lots of great places around the globe and meet new people.
I have a fairly outgoing (and easygoing) personality, and I always aim to be a conscientious and respectful guest. While traveling I love seeing the main sites as well as getting off the beaten track, and I am pretty active.
I've had great experiences everywhere I have traveled - outside of the US, I've been lucky enough to range from Peru, Ecuador, the Caribbean, Italy, Germany, Spain, to Japan. Some highlights (of many) include Italy (wine tasting in Orvieto), Germany (finding the tiny town with my sister where our family emigrated from back in the 1800's), and Ecuador (running after monkeys in the Amazonian rainforest).
