A web designer living in Mexico
Nicolas place is a awesome little apartment, nice view, the apartment is set with all the little things you may think off. it is very well located, centered, just a little bit up the hill to get you a nice view and breeze and sufficient away from the loud places.
will recommend anyone to stay there
My wife and I stayed here for three nights and the place was perfect for our needs. The place is literary steps away from restaurants, bars, street vendors (churros!), the main plaza etc. and just 5 minutes from the beach. A palce just down the hill had live music every night up until 10 or 11 PM. Great music! Our hosts, Nicolás and Luca were great and our questions and emails were answered quickly. Luca owns a restaurant in front of the baseball field on the north side of the river on Avenida del Palmar that I highly recommend. Great food, food and ambiance: (website hidden). Another place just below the apartment on Avenida Revolucion that I recommend is the smoothy shop Orangy: (website hidden).
This is a great location just above the main plaza in downtown Sayulita, and only a few blocks from the beach. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and the apartment was spacious enough for my wife and I to both get (a little) work done using the wifi. Beautiful view as well.
great spot that is centrally located to Sayulita, i stayed over christmas holiday so there was a bit of noise from the town as everyone was on holiday. other than that the place was comfortable with nice bathroom and location.
Loved staying here. It's clean and convenient, modest and simple. Exactly what I wanted.
Could be described it as a New York apartment with a north woods cabin feel or as Waldon with tacos. It's no-frills in the best sense of the word.
Probably not the choice for those with champagne taste, but you're in Sayulita, amigo. Have a cerveza and relax.
It's a short walk to the beach and a shorter walk to the town square. Very close to the action.
Nicolás was very attentive, both with emails leading up to my visit and once I arrived in town. A great guy. Friendly and warm.
This place was perfect for my needs...great location, easy walking distance from everything, and affordable (great value!). Nicolas the host was always very responsive - returning all of my emails within an hour or two. The neighbor was also very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anybody looking to stay in Sayulita on a frugal budget.
This apartment was cheap and met all of my expectations. Nicolas was their to receive me when I arrived really light. The apartment is located close to the center of town. He even had surfboards to rent at a cheaper price. Can't beat the price!
The house is exactly as described. There is no air conditioning, and sometimes it is hot because of this. Nick was very friendly and his other flatmates were helpful as well, though we were hoping that he would take us surfing which he did not, though we were only there for two days.
