I love to travel and meet people hospitable. I just try to reserve my guests the same reception that i would like to receive when I am staying away from home:)
Welcome to my home, welcome to Napolinice: Your well-being in my city!
The apartment is lovely, with many nice touches. The kitchen is larger than most apartments I have rented in Europe, is well equipped and comfortable to sit in. The only suggestion I have for Laura is to revise some of the instructions for finding it. The steps that one must look for go down, not "up". And if you get out of the Metro at the Rosa stop, make certain you take the exit going toward G. Santacroce.
This Condo was great overall!
Spacious, clean and well equipped.
Lara and her mother were very helpful! If I need to stay in Naples again I would definitely stay here.
We had a fantastic 8 days staying in Laura's apartment. The bedroom, living room and kitchen are all really spacious, and we felt at home the moment we arrived. The view of Vesuvius is such a treat, and the way the building is tucked away in a gated community makes you feel really safe and secure. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone.
We'd have to admit the apartment is quite far from the city centre. Perhaps it's because we were there for 8 days, but getting the metro every day grew quite tiresome. That being said, the apartment is equidistant between two metro stations on the same line - we'd recommend using Materdei, as the walk from the apartment is much nicer and felt a lot safer at night - and it wasn't really an issue, especially with amazing pizza at the end of every journey.
The bathroom is small - particularly for a 6'4" guy like myself - but we made do.
All in all, the home comforts at Laura's flat totally outweigh any location issues, and we were really sad to leave!
Some essential recommendations - Starita on via Materdei is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment and the pizza is to die for. Similarly, Pizza Di Matteo in the historic town is simply brilliant. Everyone raves about Sorbillo, and while the food is great we felt it had lost its charm since we were last there three years ago - historic pictures of the family tree on the walls had been replaced with beer adverts, and we were rushed in by rude waiters with walky talkies. Not a particularly authentic Italian experience!
The apartment makes a great base from which to explore the Amalfi Coast, Vesuvius, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Solfatara, Pozzuoli (where the amphitheatre is incredible - better than the coliseum!) and Posillipo (where the C16 bus will take you right from your doorstep).
There's also a dog on the balcony on the building opposite who will become your friend for the duration of your stay. Say hi to him from us!
We spend 4 days in Laura apartment in August. Apartement is ok but it is older than we expected compared to the photo. Laura as a good communication and give us usefull information. Villa has a close area where we parked the car. It is 25mn trnasport / 10€ taxi from the center. We had problems to find the house for the meeting because we did not know that Confalone had two differents part.
Laura's apartment was lovely to stay in. Close to the metro which was handy and Laura had some good recommendations of where to go for meals/sightseeing.
The kitchen was well equipped and the wifi worked very well. The apartment was clean and cosy.
The bathroom/toilet was a little cramped and dated but we really enjoyed our stay
Thank you Laura
This was a beautiful, comfortable apartment and Laura and her mother were excellent hosts. The apartment had everything we needed including air conditioning, WIFI, a washing machine, etc. We would recommend staying at NapoliNice. The only problem we had was trying to get there by taxi, since the driver didn't know how to get there from the address we gave him, even though he had GPS. He dropped us off in the wrong location and left us there and demanded more money than was shown on the meter. But as for NapoliNice, the apartment was perfect.
The flat couldn't have been nicer. Laura's mother made us feel very welcome. We had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend it.
We had a fantastic stay in Napolinice. Laura was extremely helpful and responsive from the moment we arrived in Naples - texting and whats apping to help us with the taxi driver and the tourist charges he was trying to charge us! When we arrived, we were welcomed by Laura with helpful information, answers to all our questions and even a plug adaptor for our electrical goods. The apartment itself is lovely - very spacious, clean and comfortable. The bedroom is large with a lovely balcony overlooking Vesuvius. There is a lot of wardrobe space. The living room is comfortable with lots of DVDs and a big sofa, and the bathroom - although small - is perfectly good with a hot powerful shower. We were 10 mins walk from the main tube station and 15 mins walk from the Historical centre so ideal location. All in all an excellent stay, I would highly recommend.
Very cute flat in a residential neighborhood. Laura gave us accurate directions and we had no problems finding the apt. Her mother let us in and made sure we had everything that we needed. And it was nice having a small balcony and seeing Mt. Vesuvius out the window! As a bonus, we were happy to see that the fridge was stocked with some drinks and Laura had left breakfast for us as well. My friend and I enjoyed our stay here!!
Laura was a good host, she was helpful and easy to communicate with. The parking space was good for us and was secure. The bathroom is quite small but the other rooms are big. It is only a few minutes drive to the highway for day drives to Pompei etc. It is about 30 minutes to walk into the centre of the old town/tourist area.
Gentile e solare... Grazie Laura per avere soggiornato qui a Ravenna... Ospiti cosi' di compagnia sono graditissimi...
