I was born in this house in the countryside, on the rolling hills of Monferrato. Now I live in the city, in Turin, but as soon as I can, I go back to the countryside to walk barefoot on the grass. Food and agriculture are my best passions, that's why I've decided to invent my job around them. I love to travel to meet new people and to share cultures; I love to travel by bus, on foot, by bike, hitch-hiking, a little 'less by boat, train ever... the important thing is to do it with the right spirit. I like to travel and stay in the house of local people, because only then, I think, we can feel a bit 'more travelers and a little less tourists. I love to take cues from others' houses, smell their scents, browse in their own little world and invent parallel stories.
I love to stay in the kitchen, no matter where it is or how it is done, the important thing is that it is a place where to cook.
I like the "sugar paper" color, jars filled with jams and pickles, the air in my hair and to know that those who spend even just a couple of hours in my house, they fell at home.
