There are many reasons why I travel. The most important has always been to pursue gastronomic adventures. I think that the true essence of a culture is ingrained in how they consume and how they enjoy sustenance. This passion has taken me all around the world - from California to Kazakhstan, Hong Kong to Marrakech. And I don't intend to stop anytime soon!
My work is split between Hong Kong & Sydney. In my spare time I am a food writer and sommelier in training.
