Moved from The Hague (the Netherlands) to the lovely village of Chantenay Saint Imbert some seven years ago to run a so called chambres and table d'hôtes with an ex-colleague.
We, our pets (1 dog & 2 cats) and our guests have been enjoying this wonderful old hunting lodge (16th century) with its extensive garden ever since. Life here is tranquil, the people are kind and the surroundings are great if you like exploring old villages, hiking & biking, playing a round of golf, horseback riding, having a pick nick at the shores of the Loire or Allier river, etc. etc. And of course, Burgundy is the place to be for food and wine.
