So happy you and the family loved the cabin!
The thermostat will sometimes inadvertently reset to "away" status if it doesn't detect any movement in the house. There is a way to override this feature on the thermostat. I wasn't aware that you were having an issue but am sorry to hear that you were inconvenienced by our supposedly smart thermostat.
Charter has been out and replaced wires and the modem and all is working well now.
