I am a Holistic Health Coach, specializing in personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching programs. I work with busy men and women who are looking to lose weight, overcome their food cravings and emotional eating issues, reduce stress, and gain more life energy. I educate them and give them the tools to navigate the challenges of making healthier food and lifestyle choices, by guiding them through a program of gradual, sustainable changes that can be easily integrated into their daily routines. Rather than forcing my clients to unrealistic and restrictive dieting, I teach them a wholly new, intuitive and authentic relationship with their food, and provide the support and accountability to help them reach their goals.
