I needed a place walking distance to the Cleveland Clinic and Lydia's place is about an 8-10 min walk from the main entrance, which was great. Lydia contacted me since I booked the room (well in advance), which I appreciated. The house is a bit old, but that is the norm in the neighborhood and it is well maintained. The area is safe. My room had all I needed and was clean, with a big and comfortable bed. I shared a bathroom, living room and kitchen with a big fridge with another guest and never had a problem. Laundry room in the basement with washer and two dryers. Mari was always available by phone or text in case I needed anything. The neighborhood itself is not very lively, but its a short bus or car ride away from downtown or Little Italy. The orchestra is nearby as well, walking distance from the Clinic. There's a CVS and a grocery store within blocks away as well as a BK, McDonalds and Subway. I would stay here again if I needed to go back to Cleveland Clinic.
It is a lovely house in Cleveland only 5mins away from CCF on feet. Theres are several supermarket near by and very convinient to downtown. Living in the house is confortable, nice manager, nice geusts and nice furniture. I will choose this house absolutely next time in Cleveland.
Everything is clean and comfortable. I want to say thank you to Lydia and Mari.
I highly recommend this room who want to do an observership in Cleveland Clinic.
I stayed here for a month. Was great and organized. Most guests are young doctors visiting the Cleveland Clinic. The house manager was easy to reach and helpful and the owner made sure everyone was happy. Would stay here again if visiting the Cleveland Clinic.
Great experience at the house. It is cozy, warm and convenient for cooking. Thank you so much, Lydia.
The description was accurate. I don't know whether or not all the rooms have this option all the time, but it was very nice that my brother and I got our own bathroom, right across from our room. There was laundry, a functional kitchen, a nice deck; It was a very nice stay, and I have no complaints.
My brother stayed out very late several nights (like walking home after midnight) and he didn't report any situations that made him feel unsafe; it didn't strike us as less safe than any other location I've been at night. The racially fearful might want to know that the neighborhood appears to be primarily filled with black residents. They were without exception nice to us.
Our housemates during the stay were kind and friendly--two international doctors.
The property manager was very nice, and came to meet us at midnight on our first day when we arrived. I felt bad that we arrived at that hour.
I feel so lucky to find such a nice place to stay in Cleveland. The hoster and the housekeeper are both friendly and helpful. The health line makes it convenient to go most places I want.
The house is spacious and the sound is isolated in rooms. All of the Services are as described in página.Mi quite spacious, bright and clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, the street where the house is not busy, but very near the bus stop that connects both the down town as Hospital and Cleveland Clinic. On the day the area is safe, although the surroundings do not seem so sure. I have met great people in the house, except for one of the guests who did not share the common areas with the other and she was not friendly. Mary thank you for your help because as soon as I mentioned, I got a desk to study in my room and everything went as you asked for it. Lidia also has always been available
