Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed the great location of the flat. We are sorry to hear about mould which is in fact discolouration of the sealant and occurs due to the fact there are no windows in the bathroom although there are extractors. We have replaced this before but clearly we need to find a better product which we will endeavour to do. Sorry but we did not receive any photos or email of this as we would have responded had we done so.
Thank you for the review and we are pleased you liked the apartment. There had been a problem with a leak from the next door apartment which took some considerable time to locate and resolve. The damp area of the wall had essentially dried out assisted by the dehumidifier and should not have impacted on your stay. The affected area is in fact being repaired this week. I am sorry if you were disturbed by some inconsiderate neighbours-unfortunately we are not able to do much about that although I would point out we have not had any issues before.
Thank you for the positive feedback. We are aware of the small issue with the wall which we are investigating but which we believe emanates from the adjoining apartment. As it happens, we have had an unusually warm (and very pleasant !) July in Manchester when it has also been a bit sticky at night. but as you say, it isn't an issue for most of the year.
