I´m going to try and be as polite as I can be considering what you have written. It is true we made a mistake with your reservation . We trusted a fellow worker and she failed us by not having your room ready upon your arrival. This of course, will never happen again and we are truly sorry, once more, that it had to happen to you.
We did our absolute best to accommodate you in another hotel, payed for your stay , and made sure you were comfortable because we felt we owed it to you.
I will let our past and future guests speak on our behalf, as your harmful words do not deserve further explanations from our side.
We invite everyone on Airbnb to stay with us and have an amazing experience in Lima.
