Staying at Tim was a pleasure, the whole family was very thoughtful and nice, the ensuite room was very cozy and the bed was great. Would stay again.
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tim's. Everything was clean and tidy and time was very helpful and responsive to out calls/texts. Would recommend.
Tim is a fantastic host. Great accommodation very close to the center - quiet and spacious with a complimentary breakfast provided. This is exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
My partner and I stayed for one night at Tim's townhouse and we had wonderful stay.
As a host Tim was very friendly and helpful answering all of my questions really promptly before I'd arrived.
The house was fantastic! Clean, tidy and full of interesting books, furniture and paintings. We also especially enjoyed the garden and had coffee in the morning overlooking the river. A treat! I would certainly spend the night again and definitely recommend this house to other Airbnb users.
Though we never met face-to-face, Tim was very helpful and his house is exactly as described. We were very comfortable during our stay. The house is close to the center of Oxford and easy to find. Check in and check out were a snap. Tim shared some tips that made our time in Oxford smooth and easy. We had a nice, quiet stay and we'd certainly stay with Tim again!
Everything was absolutely perfect, right down to the scones left for our breakfast.
Our hosts were kind and helpful
We would go back and stay again and highly recommend it!
An absolutely charming and comfortable cottage with a delightful garden. Tim was great at comms. The house was so homely and welcoming with tea, (real) coffee, milk, cereals and all the herbs and spices etc. which makes life so much better when turning up for self-catering. Good shower in spacious bathroom. Two quiet and good sized bedrooms. Walking distance from centre and now with a brand new Waitrose v close by. Excellent place to stay and I would thoroughly recommend.
Lovely accommodation - extremely clean and spacious with a complimentary breakfast provided. I would definitely stay here again!
A lovely, light, airy, private attic room within walking distance of the station. Our hosts made us feel very welcome, were flexible and helpful. Much to do in Oxford...and we didn't manage everything on our list. We will be back.
I had a great weekend in Oxford. The house was great. Tim sent me very clear details for finding the house on arrival. The key was exactly where it was meant to be. The heating was on inside when we arrived which on a rainy, dark November evening was just what we wanted. The house was only 10 minutes from the train station. It was clean and very comfortable. Our daughter and friends who live in Oxford were very impressed .. " Much nicer than the local rentals" they said. I'd recommend it heartily.
It was a pleasure hosting Tim and his two lovely children.
Tim and his family were the perfect guests. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet them, but we had good communication before, during and after the visit. They left the flat very clean and tidy - and with a Big yummy piece if smoked salmon in the fridge, not even opened!
the sweetest people - warm and kind and left the place very nicely!
An absolutely delightful family. Hugely polite, respectful, friendly and very well mannered. One could not ask for more perfect guests. The children were lovely too, being both interested and interesting and chatty. Both Jessica and I would be thrilled if they chose to come back and stay with us in the future as they would all be very welcome to do so and it would be lovely for us to meet them again. Although they had an early start to their journey, they still found time to make their beds and leave their rooms in perfect order which merely went to reinforce our views that they are all thoughtful and respectful guests. Hosts could ask for no more.
