The apartment itself was very nice and well located. However, the kitchen was problematic. The cabinets were crowded and jumbled, making it hard to find things, and we had to rewash the utensils and dishes because they had dried food stuck on them. If the sheets and towels were clean, they did not look like it because many were stained. There was no toilet paper and the toaster was broken. Finally, communication with the host was poor. We did not coordinate the hand over for the keys until the evening before we left. This was my seventh time using Airbnb, and this is the only one that I feel was not acceptable relative to the price paid.

Fantastic apartment, equipped with everything you need, and more. In a great area of Brooklyn, full of cafes, restaurants and shops and only a stone's throw from the subway. The bathrooms are big and the rooms easily accommodated a family of 4. The Xbox and cable TV were an added touch bonus! Would recommend this place for a short or long stay!
My husband, 2 kids and I had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment is clean, part of a pretty apartment building, large by ny standards, and in a great part of Brooklyn. Best of all, there were a million toys and books that my kids loved playing with. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. George was responsive and easy to work with.
Nice comfortable apartement. Close to the Metro. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in the area. E mail communication was always friendly and prompt responses received.
We had a great stay in George's beautiful condo. We were in NYC for a family event hosted by my daughter-in-law who lives nearby, and the condo was ideally located and served our needs perfectly.
It was a really good experience. George's place was so close to Metro and Park Slope Area( a cute neighborhood with nice cafes, restaurants and supermarkets even with a Barnes&Nobles shop). The house was new and clean and suitable for 2 couples staying. George was so helpful, he did his best for all our questions. I'm totally recommending his place.
We absolutely loved our stay at George's apartment. Traveling with an 18 month old can be challanging however our son was extremely comfortable and enteretained with the toys, books, and view from the floor to ceiling windows! We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home! Looking forward to our next trip!
My wife, mother, sister and I had a very comfortable stay in George's condo. There are great restaurants nearby up on 5th as well as some small eateries and delis on 4th, the corner the condo is on. The unit is huge by NY standards and has everything you could ever need. George was always available by phone and even offered to let us store our luggage at his office as we arrived in NY early in the morning before check-in time. I would also recommend Family Car Service (phone number hidden)) right across the street. Lilly, the dispatcher, arranged our return trips to JFK and La Guardia ($32 and $37 cash) as well as allowing us to store our luggage on our check out day so we could enjoy our final day in Manhattan. I would recommend George's condo to anyone!!!
We had a wonderful stay at George's beautiful 2b/2b apartment. The apartment was spotless, well equipped and had great views of the city. We'd jump at the chance to stay there again.
George is one of the nicest people I know in New York City. I've used his company for several video productions over the years, and the results are always outstanding. And I know he is the kind of person who would go out of his way to make something right should it ever go wrong. George and his wife also have excellent taste, I'm sure they are wonderful hosts. If I didn't live in the same city I'd definitely stay at their apartment!
