Nice little apartment in a good location. Good pizza place just next door. Close to the centre of Perugia. Yes the apartment is small but it was all we needed during our stay. Pierpaolo was very nice and easy to get in touch with.
Great little place - and as described it is little! The location is fantastic, right in the arty student area, 5 minutes from the main square. Fantastic pizza place just two doors down. Really authentic stay in Perugia. Pierpaulo gave us tips and left us to it. Highly recommended.
Pierpaolo was very kind and helpful and overall a really nice host. The place was well-prepared and plenty of brochures were available to get to know the city. Pierpaolo also helped out with some insider tipps. While the flat is small, it fits one person easily and possibly two with few needs in terms of space. Overall a very pleasant stay I can recommend.
Pierpaolo is very helpful and nice, he helped me during my stay as well as before I got to his apartment. He gave me precise instructions on how to get to his place and what to see in the city.
His mini apartment is perfectly located in central area of Perugia.
You have easy access to all the facilities.
It was a real pleasure staying at Pierpaolo's apartment!
Pierpaolo è un ragazzo giovane e pieno di iniziativa, la sua accoglienza è stata perfetta, premurosa soprattuto per la difficoltà del parcheggiare a Perugia. la stanza è così come la si vede ed è ottima per fare un week end.
Pierpaolo has a small but comfortable apartment in a very center but quite area, with everything you need during travel. Actually he live in opposite door, so if needed something, just ring bell. Being a part time researcher of street food for documentary, he will give best suggestion for what you should fill your stomach.
Anyway wish traveler in Perugia can find him.
The room was lovely, very clean and close to everything
Pierpaolo é stato molto gentile e chiaro durante la prenotazione,ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per il parcheggio e per raggiungere l'appartamento e per muoverci nella città.l'appartamento é piccolino ma provvisto di tutto il necessario
Pierpaolo was a welcoming host. He lives across the landing from the apartment, so was easily contactable in case of a problem, or to offer advice. The apartment is small, and the platform bunk is accessed by a ladder, which I didn't expect. Under the bed there is a seating area with comfy chairs and a small coffee table.
In all, I found it a difficult place to stay. The space is tiny, and you are forever climbing around the ladder, which protrudes into the access to the bathroom and seating are. The wiring system was crazy, the three switches (one on the bunk, the other two downstairs) that control the main lights have to be operated in strict order or the light won't work. This happened to me once, and I climbed up and down the ladder multiple times to put the three switches in the correct positions to operate the light correctly. The shower is very small. The shower head isn't fixed, and the taps (an old set of baths taps mounted on the wall) are very sensitive, and make it difficult to get water of the required temperature. There isn't a lip on the shower, making it too easy to flood the bathroom floor. The main room really needs another table so there is space to leave keys etc.
The flat is pretty much as described, so no complaints there. But the construction has been done in such a way that it is unnecessarily frustrating as a place to stay.
