I'm a pretty easy-going, fun-loving person. I am, however, a bit OCD on cleanliness...
I am not very tech-savvy and so new to AirBnb... my younger cousins told me about it.

Neighborhood was quiet and convenient to downtown and OTR! Rachelle wasn't there, but made sure we had an on the ground contact who was really kind and wonderful!
The listing was exactly as described. Great downtown location, I was able to walk to the Great American Ball Park (Reds Stadium) for a concert the weekend I stayed there. The place was clean spacious and had everything we needed. In fact it probably had more than we needed .
Great place, great location! Although we did not meet Rachelle, she was wonderful to deal with through email and phone and was very helpful. Clay, who was the person who gave us the keys, was also very helpful. Thanks to both of you for everything!
The trip went great. The master bedroom bed was very comfy and the other two twin beds were great as well. Everyone had a great time and the place was very clean and tidy!
The Perry Street townhouse is remarkably well-situated with easy access, by foot, to the Contemporary Arts Center, the Freedom Center, dozens of bars & restaurants, many quite good, sports venues & a great deli 1/2 a block away with very tasty deli food & a small grocary selling essentials like coffee, wine/beer & fresh produce.
Even if you live in Cinci, Perry Street is worth considering for a short getaway - it is an alternative universe from any place else in Cinci. Cincinnati's longest survivng Italian restaurant (106 yrs old) is 1/2 a block away - highly recommended - food & atmosphere are top notch - bread & pastries are homemade
Located in a safe and convenient location, Rachelle's place was the perfect accommodation for us! We arrived to a nice and clean condo with everything you would need that would make for a comfortable stay. As a first time Airbnb'er, Rachelle was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family looking for a place in Cincy!
thanks, that is SO sweet! thanks for being so cool, and nice review!
We had a fine stay in this two level apartment. The rooms were homey, comfortable, and clean. Everything was in working order and ready for us on arrival.
We enjoyed our three day stay in Cincinnati in the apartment, with parking, in the center of the downtown area.
I have not been there since August and former cleaning ladies took full time jobs, clay has been trying.. but his expectations not the same. i will get them cleaned. thank you!
We didn't get to meet the host, but the person that was in her stead, Clay, was very friendly and very helpful. The place is GORGEOUS, very livable, very comfortable, and super clean. It was an absolutely divine experience. I would highly recommend these digs.
i tried finding your email address last week when i first read review.. VERY sweet, nice. i was touched. thanks for being so cool..
My family and I stayed here for my graduation weekend. Everything was perfect! The place was clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The place was very big and accommodating. Clay was very helpful and was there to give me the keys and parking pass. If you have more than one car, you can find parking on the street, or there is a lot across the way that is pretty cheap. Next time I am in Cincinnati, I would really consider coming back.
I recommend this home to anyone looking for a great location, parking and nice accommodations in Cincinnati. We were within walking distance to excellent restaurants, shopping and church (Easter Sunday). Rachel will go out of her way to make sure you have a great stay and was very accessible.
///// UNFORTUNATELY just the WORST AIRBNB EXPERIENCE I've ever had. Rachelle was very rude and emotionally unstable. She had a really bad attitude and made me REALLY scared to stay in the same house as her. After having her, I would think twice doing airbnb again.
Would def NOT RECOMMEND.
Rachelle was a lovely guest! She was neat, tidy, and extremely thoughtful about not making noise when she came in late at night or left very early in the mornings. I really enjoyed getting to know her and I look forward to seeing her again on a future visit. I highly recommend Rachelle as a guest!
You're so sweet! Thank you. I had the WORST airbnb experience this week in your absence.. so will be looking you up soon on my next trip! Can't wait to hear about Hawaii..
Rachelle is a smart and trustworthy friend who I would trust to stay in my house anyday. Knowing friends who have stayed in her own apartment in downtown Cincinnati and having popped numerous corks there myself, I can attest to her dedication to cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. From a convenience-standpoint, it's hard to beat her flat's location. This is a great option for anyone planning a long-term stay in Cincinnati.
Rachelle was originally one of my wife's friends. I always had a sneaking suspicion that my wife was a magnet for good people, and Rachelle is a case in point. She is one of the most gentle, kind and genuine people you could ever hope to meet. She's attentive and caring, intelligent and worldly, and I've never seen her without a big beautiful smile on her face. She's peeps, so much so that she made the very exclusive guestlist to our civil wedding. :)
Rachelle takes an interest in you very quickly. She's very social. When she and I first met through a mutual acquaintance she invited me to join her friends for a happy hour soon after we met.
Rachelle is very adventurous. She has lived in different places around the world and is a sophisticated, savvy traveler.
Her place in Cincinnati is the picture of comfort. I stayed there for a weekend because I had a series of events going on downtown. I found it to be very convenient to the restaurants, sports venues and nightlife of Cincinnati. I'd highly recommend it for visitors to the area looking for a comfortable, convenient alternative to hotels when visiting Cincinnati.
Rachelle's been one of my dearest friends ever since we first met in college. She epitomises kindness, compassion and a deep desire to help anyone she meets. Rachelle's the friend you call at 3AM in the morning when your having a rough time and need a patient ear. She's the friend who almost magically understand you and with whom you share your innermost feelings in complete confidence that your secret is safe and you'll never be judged. She's also the life of the party and with her boundless energy and enthusiasm it's always a joy to be with her. Is there anything else you could ask for in a friend?
