Marie, sorry to hear about your displeasure the first time here.
First, you failed to read the description of the listing. NOT suitable with someone carrying 5 pieces of luggage! It's our living room, which was clearly stated. Ok I worked with that. I did tell you we may not have a room for you before you arrived. You could only BOOK 2 days as other days were already booked in my home. My friend also had a guest extend, which was explained. NOT MY FAULT that you did not planed according to your needs. Saw the low price of my listing and booked it without due consideration of your needs and my criteria for this listing.
You requested me to pick you up as offered in my listing at 22:30 hrs, thank god I have a BIG SUV, it was a must with 5 big suitcases. My price is half of what the taxi service charges. I see you did not have any gratitude for savings some $$'s there.
My living room exploded with your belongings and we were banished to the kitchen the only space left to use until you were finished. I remained warm and gracious to you. On the day of your checkout you were still looking for a place to go as you seem to ignore the need to secure another place after one for a full day and night to do so. Checkout is at 11:00am You were ready to go at 1:00pm Seeing what was unfolding for you I offered again to help you even though I had other plans. I drove you and your many suitcases all the way to Jerico hostel for a small fee. Much more savings again for you as you did need a taxi. You have taken my house keys and did nothing to bring them back even though you staying in Vancouver for 2 weeks. Then I had to give you the option of bringing them back or pay for replacement. Plus who want their house keys floating out there? You checked out on the on the 8th, I requested the keys on 10th and you replied you'll bring it on the 12th... sorry that would not have worked so I insisted you drop them off on the 11th and pick up your belongings you left behind at the same time. It was your responsibility, not mine. You expected me yet again drop everything to run your errands. I been helpful, patient and accommodating to you. You stabbed me in the back in return... thanking me to my face, then proceeding to leave a false review. However, I'm happy to have been in service to you. Your welcome.
